We will cover:
1. Poses and sequence for someone that is bed or chair bound
2. Poses and practice for someone that can sit up and support themselves in chair and move legs
3. How to use the chair and wall to support your yoga students practice and therapeutic applications of using a chair in sessions

This training is great for those that are interested in teaching chair yoga classes, adding chair yoga to private sessions and expanding their knowledge of therapeutics and chair yoga.
