This physically challenging and flowing practice integrates physical poses, pranayama and meditation, with a deep focus on alignment and body awareness. Variations are provided, making it accessible for all experience levels, encouraging students to deepen their individual practices. The class is taught live via Zoom, Wednesdays at 12:00 noon ET, with a recorded option available for a week following the live class.
